The Citizens Watch- IT (CEW-IT), which was founded in September 2010 is a legal consortium four founder members NGOs in Uganda who include : RWECO, PAC, CEFORD, ACORD and two additional members DENIVA and FHRI. CEW-IT is involved in Innovative methods of Election Monitoring, Social Accountability and Governance and empowering citizens in improving their livelihoods. Together with the Umbrella of Uganda Governance Monitoring Platform (UGMP) they are promoting the use of the Citizens Manifesto (CM) as an engagement tool/ platfrom between leaders and electorate
